Alliance Men: The major purpose of the Altoona Alliance Men's organization is to present opportunities for Christian ministry, to serve church members in need, in a practical manner and as an outreach group to extend the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the community. The Alliance Men sponsor a yearly Wild Game and Sports Banquet to invite those who have not yet heard the Good News of Jesus Christ. Service projects such as small home repairs, yard clean up and assistance to the elderly of the church are some of the activities Alliance Men participate in.

 

The Purpose & Objectives of this Golfing event: The Men’s group of the Altoona Alliance Church is sponsoring this Golf Outing in order to raise funds to send groups and individuals on short term mission’s trips. These short term mission trips to mission fields throughout the world, serve to minister to the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of others, to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and fulfill his Great Commission. They accomplish this by working with both Alliance and non-Alliance missionaries and their sending agencies. Your participation in this Golf Classic assists us with this noble endeavor and is greatly appreciated.
